Full height kerb causing Disabled access issues

Reported via desktop in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 17:11, Fri 9 June 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I have received concerns privately about the full height kerb making it difficult for people with Rolators crossing the road at this point and the length of time they have to spend in the carriageway trying to get up the kerb.

As the vehicle access makes a very inviting crossing point on what is the shortest route to disabled spaces in St Helen's Street, could a dropped kerb with the appropriate tactile paving be considered at this location.

Note the nearest controlled crossing is some distance away with the detour putting the route from the disabled spaces beyond their mobility range.
