Overhanging trees and bushes onto a pavement

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The overhanging hedges and trees are causing the pavements to become occluded and therefore people and children are walking on the road in order to pass the blocked parts of the pavements. This is between the junction of Rectory Road walking along Bourne lane towards Sibford Road. Sorry I couldn't move the marker.
