Overgrown verge. Visabilty.

Overgrown verge at Collinwood Road junction prevents visual sight line of A40 bus lane. You have to stick the nose of the car out onto the A40 to see if it is clear, thus extremley dangerousat this accident spot. I should not have to report this as it is a duty of care (and I am sure a legal one of that) of the council authorities to ensure safe passage on the highway rather than neglect of the highway.
