Path to properties is collapsing

The path to the properties is collapsing around these drain access points. It's making it difficult to bring things to my home and I have had visitors tripping on it and I'm worried some will trip and hurt themselves on it (especially at night as the path isn't very well lit). Please can someone level this out for us?
