There is a very big tree that is going into resident property and creating so much mess, resident is disable and cants do much of the cleaning.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. I have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The trees present are on land not deemed to be part of the highway maintainable at public expense by OCC in the County’s capacity as local highway authority. A land registry search has confirmed that the trees are on land that is maintainable by Oxford City Council and not by the County Council. We advise to contact them directly to pursue this enquiry further.
