Speeding issue in Hempton village

From 4/5am in the morning trucks and van are speeding through the village, my cottage (Middle Corner Cottage) and the thatch cottage next door, shake from it. This causing sleeping issues and a concern that it may be damaging the cottages long term, which are all listed. I would like to request the village to have a 20mph speeding limit with either speed bumps or speed cameras to enforce this.Thanks Hattie
