Footpath is blocked by Cars and Vans, making it impossible to use the footpath, in this culdisack on Schofield Avenue, Witney

  • Also the grass has not been cut, as it is not accessible for the mower to be be able to cut it.

  • The footpaths are blocked by large stones & planters- they have been told to move them by Taylor Wimpey for several years but replace them the next week. Vans & cars are parked on the pavement on both sides of the road so children visiting the play area have to walk in the road. Cherwell DC will not do anything about it. To put obstructions on the walkway is illegal so why have these people not been taken to court
