Poor road layout increases risk of RTC

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I can't count the number of times people do not understand which isn't they need to be in for their desired route, this has led to multiple near miss road traffic collisions where they cut across me or other cars. Lanes need to be clearly marked and signposted.
