Damaged raised kerbstone causing flooding risk

The kerb in front of our property was raised by Oxfordshire County Council in 2020, to prevent stormwater travelling down our driveway. The mortar to the side of the raised kerb has recently been damaged by a vehicle. Please could the council repair the mortar to prevent storm water ingress to our driveway.
