Manhole cover missing in carriageway - VERY dangerous. Cover has gone missing overnight. Hole appears to have already been marked up for work.

Needs urgent attention.

    This drane grate was sticking out into the road the car infront swerved around it but I couldn't because a car was coming the other way in the oppersite lane, my van clipped the grate and it pushed and punchured in my seal as shown in the image. I will be contacting my insurance and pursuing aclaim for the damage. This have been made safe.
