    This is an accident waiting to happen. If a cyclist gets their wheel caught in this there will be a horrible accident.

    The fix has made no difference and was a complete botched job, lasting about 2 hours due to heavy traffic. this has been reported multiple times now and never fixed permanently, it has always been a botched job of slapping a little tarmac in it and days later comes out due to heavy traffic on the road. It is a very dangerous situation as shown in the photos. It keeps getting reported but never a permanent fix or repair, the cover is so loose it rocks back and forth with ease. Please help and try to get this fixed correctly. The previous visit was just a slap of tarmac in one corner that lasted not even a day.
