Dragon Patcher Fail No 1

Last year your new toy, the Dragon Patcher, was used to finally fill in the numerous potholes we reported over the previous 12 months in Digging lane. Unfortunately this has proved a failure. Between the approach to northernmost of the two bends and the junction with the A415 I now count about 20 potholes of various sizes ranging from a few inches through broken edges to 4 - 6 really dangerous ones. Some of these appear to be the DP's patches breaking up already.

  • Thank you for your report. We have assessed it any defects at intervention level have been raised for repair.
    Also, the dragon patcher is not for permanent repairs, it is used for making safe larger sections of damaged road, or roads with multiple defects.
