Loud manhole banging/moving

Manhole cover has started to bang everytime someone drives over it - it's on a busy stretch of the Woodstock Road, so almost constant. It never used to bang. It's on the lip of the bike lane so could also be dangerous for cyclists if the cover has sunk. It's really noisy for the many who live and work on the road and nearby here - please see if it can be fixed.
