Overgrown hedge

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The hedge is overgrown and my 89 year old father in law can’t walk past without going on the grass. He wouldn’t be able to use his mobility scooter if he needed to- let alone a parent using a double buggy. This has been like this for months
