LTN bollard remains missing at Junction road
Reported via desktop in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 12:03, Wed 31 May 2023
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later
The Wooden bollard was removed during emergency gas repairs on Holloway. Since then the bollard has remained missing. After half term the traffic will resume full pelt using junction road as a short from Holloway to Iffley road and to Cowley road and vice versa. This road gets exceptionally busy as a 'RAT' run. Please ensure this LTN is restored and manage Holloway traffic at busy times by having traffic wardens during clearway times.

It's back! For info, it wasn't removed by the council because of the emergency gas works, but instead it was vandalised. The council had failed to keep a stock of spare bollards and padlocks, and the padlocks took a long time to be ordered from Germany.
(I'm just a local resident, but I've complained to local councillors and council cabinet members about this, and the above is what they've told me)
