Hello, this tree is really overgrown and now has low hanging branches that are scratching SUV height vehicles, please can it be cut back? Also it seems to be dropping a lot of sap onto all of the cars in the car park, but I’m not sure if anything can be done about that? But if it could be cut back to avoid cars being scratched please that would be great. Many thanks
