Hedges not being cut and blocking windows

Reported via mobile in the Grass category anonymously at 11:31, Wed 31 May 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

The hedges have not been cut in over a year now. They are blocking light from coming in the kitchen window and also growing up all the way to the bathroom window upstairs. Also higher than 6ft, growing well over the fence which already had to be replaced onve 2 years because hedge was bearing down on it. Last time when hedge was cut they only cut off a little bit of the top opposed to cutting it right down. Also hedge is growing on to public footpath. Could this hedge be removed please if it can not be cut regularly as its damaging the fence and also obstructing windows regularly.
