Drop curb adjacent to drain damaged and risen

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Drop curb has risen one side by about 2", pavement broken away around it and completely loose and liable to come out. Curb stone is adjacent to a drain cover, so could also cause damage to this. Is a very bad trip hazzard.
