Faded zebra crossing and cycle lane markings

Several people at the Headington ward meeting complained that the cycle lane markings and zebra crossing on Old Road Headington are both faded to near uselessness. I would appreciate if you could advise when they will next be renewed.

  • We have investigated your report and have added your request to our maintenance list for 2023/24. However, these works will have to compete with others that may have a higher priority as more reports are received (for example where there are greater safety implications). As a result it may get deferred more than once.

    Currently we can not give idea when these might actually be done, due to time scales and projects being implemented.
