A4095 turning into Witney, Abandoned upside down broken Diversion sign. Plus Traffic island bollards, are dirty and Degraded and need replacing. (Plus lots more around Witney). Surely they have a life span when they need replacing. And I a sure you have a cleaning schedule in place, but you must of forgotten for these Island bolards.
