Sycamore TREE ref 4588422 not a hedge

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This is not a hedge it’s a massive TREE which needs more attention than a letter sent out It’s a council property the tree is out of control engulfing the garden encroaching on the house Not something the residents could cut back it’s shedding seedlings everywhere there in all our gutters gardens walk ways etc This is an urgent matter!!!!!!
