Wooden bollard gone

The LTN bollard in Junction Rd was recently replaced with a locked wooden one. It has been gone for weeks, no sign of vandalism, it appears to have been unlocked and taken away. Motorists are using Temple Rd >Junction Rd > Crescent Rd as a short cut from Oxford Rd to Hollow Way, and are travelling at some speed too.
