Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Trees and shrubbery, hegde, ivy etc from private garden are obstructing the pavement on entrance of Dexter Close. Please send a vegetation letter to owner of the property to cut them back. An elderly resident has had her face badly grazed from one of the branches sticking out.
