As we have to continually push and push - Is there any update from Thames water as to when this will be repaired?? I feel communication is a real problem here

    Please fix this as a priority. It has been an issue for at least 3 weeks. At busy times traffic backs up past the roundabout as people are forced to get into the outside lane because of this hole.

  • We have investigated your report and have done the following: as we have prevously explained it is not our defect to repair. It is Thames Water but you may have noticed they have repaired but it still may need to set for another day. The lane will re open when it is fully set
