Street lights on permanently

I am reporting just one light that is on all the time. A lot of the street lights on Shilton Park, Carterton, stay on permanently, including:- 2 in Lupin Lane 2 in Colombine Way 2 in Blackthorn Avenue 1 in The Oaks 2 along Monahan Way These are most of the ones that I've found. Can we have the problem sorted, please, as it's a tremendous waste of energy and doesn't look good when we are trying to reduce our carbon footprint.
