Basketball ring in Keble Road park play area broken

Ring has been bent for a few months, enticing bigger kids to try and dunk. When they do they hung on the ring and eventually it gave way.

Ring seems fine, just snapped bolts that hold them in. Ideally will need fixing ASAP before someone takes the ring off and it goes missing.
