Reported via desktop in the Trees category anonymously at 15:33, Sunday 28 May 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

There is a very large tree near the public footpath behind Daisy Bank which has some dead branches on it. It looks like it could do with some attention.

    State changed to: Investigating

  • Thank you for your enquiry. I have visited the location and assessed the trees. The trees are on land not deemed to be part of the highway maintainable at public expense and therefore, Oxfordshire County Council do not have responsibility for the trees as local highway authority. I believe the tree may be the responsibility of the Vale of White Horse District Council and therefore you should contact them directly to pursue this enquiry further.

    State changed to: Investigation complete
