Rubbish bin overflowing due to removal of second bin adjacent to Pye park recreation ground

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

This bin has not been cleared for two weeks it is on the pathway on Berniers road A second bin adjacent to Pye park had been removed The rubbish in this green space is not acceptable it was even mowed over in the week there needs to be a weekly clearance and a second bin replaced
