Water leakage from Rainwater drain adjacent to traffic lights

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There has been a water leakage at this location for several weeks. I have established from Thames Water that this is from a blocked drainage pipe and is therefore the responsibility of the local authority. I believe this comes within the area of responsibilitu of OCC . Should I be mistaken , and this falls within Cherwell Council@s remit, please forward these details on .
