Dropped drain cover

This drain cover is located outside nos. 44 & 46 Foxborough Road, Radley. It has been dropping since the road was patched last time. The buses drive over it constantly and it’s getting worse as the days and weeks go on. When the buses don’t have to stop and they drive straight through, our whole house (no. 44) shakes as the full weight of the bus travels over the dropped drain. It’s quite a worry for us as you can probably imagine. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thank you.
