Temporary traffic lights left in situ on the A4095 with no apparent roadworks taking place

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Please remove these traffic lights immediately. These caused horrific congestion this evening with vehicles queued to get through Long Hanborough from the duel carriageway past Bladon! There is no evidence of any work taking place so the lights should not be there.
