Could cause an accident. This hoe has been repaired before but has sunk again. Please cover asap before someone trips and breaks an arm or leg.

  • This has been marked as investigating but nobody has been to look ! The hole needs a cover on asap please.

  • This hole is a danger to anybody using the pavement along Charlton road , it gets bigger every day and could cause a terrible accident ,it has been reported for a week but no action has been taken .

    Please can you exchange this cone for a flat matt to cover the hole. This is not a suitable quick fix as the drive is in constant use and therefore the cone has to be moved frequently. It is likely to cause an accident as people trying to access the drive have to hold traffic up to move the cone.
