Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Clanking manhole, about which i complained many times and which was subsequently rectified, has reverted to clanking mode. This household of light sleepers is under stress once more. Ian Sheldon

  • Re. noisy manhole adjacent to 23a Reading Rd. OX10 9DS Wallingford. Please someone address this problem. The noise through the night is particularly intrusive. Too hot to sleep with windows closed.
