I submitted an online question earlier this year regarding this and received automated reply to say you would contact me, i never received a reply / contact from you. You said on the 28th July 2021, (on the programme works). It's almost 2 years now since you put this on the works programme.

Thank you for your report. Will have to check this as I've only taken this area over recently on a temporary basis. There is a big backlog of jobs on the list due to budget cuts etc. This may have been delayed because of this or because it's not a safety issue and other jobs may have been prioritised.
