The gentleman who lived in this house died in a house fire 2 years ago and is now unoccupied. the front garden hedge has grown out into the pedestrian path and to get past you must walk out into the road. the address is 12 east street banbury.

  • We have investigated your report and in accordance to the Land Registry ownership of the property has not changed. In accordance to the Highway Act 1980, Section 154, we are required to give 'notice'. This will be in the form of letter drop/notice. If no-one claims responsibility, then we are lawfully and permitted to step in and act. We aim to resolve this over the next few weeks.
