Bad parking of people leaving their cars to go to the station

Every day I witness people leaving their cars along Lockstile Way & Mead. I watch them just leave their cars anywhere then walk down to the station. Some cars are left opposite peoples access to their drives, others outside people's houses, so their visitors cannot park. Others, like this one, I actually witnessed leaving her car on this corner like this!
