Bright light through window

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Hi there,

New street lights were installed outside our house (est. 6months ago)

Unfortunately the new street light installed outside our house did not have a cover installed to prevent the light shining through our windows (which the old lantern did have).

We have tried blackout curtains but unfortunately it's not effective. Is there any way a drop down cover could be added to the lighting?
