Worn out double yellow lines

The double yellow lines down Sylvester Close are almost faded away and the result is that cars are parking on what was double yellow lines and are blocking the very narrow roadway for larger vehicles. Also, the 'Keep Clear' signs in front of the garages are very faded and need replacement.
