Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

A418 eastbound lane is closed with traffic lights blocking the road. A sign by the works states that work will be ongoing until 19 May 2023, this has now passed. Given that this is causing significant delays and unnecessary pollution please fined/prosecuted the responsible party.
