Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The slope from the drive to the road has deteriorated with the cobblestones having come loose. There is also a hole just in front of the cobblestone lining. This has become a problem now because my wife is now wheelchair bound. It is now difficult to manoeuvre the wheelchair over the hole and cobblestones to get the chair into the community transport.
