Overhanging Shrubs/Trees on Pavement
Reported via desktop in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 17:16, Mon 22 May 2023
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The overhanging hedgerows and trees have nearly taken over this busy pavement leading to the parade of shops which is also used by children going to school. Most of the pavement width is under the shrubs/hedgerow and a narrow path remains - not wide enough for a wheelchair or pushchair. The second photos show some of it which has been cut back today. Needs a proper annual maintenance on this area.

This situation has got out of hand people are getting hurt by overgrown and low branches, disabled, elderly and parents with pushchairs are having to walk on the mud which they are struggling with, it's becoming a joke how this is not getting sorted, people are starting to walk on the road on this section when it's been raining heavy.
