Weed over growing into road, causing driving hazard

Along the side of the access road heading up the back of the Cotman close houses, it’s quite severely overgrown with weeds. As this road is already quite narrow with cars parked behind their houses, the space is minimised by this growth and causing a driving hazard.

Can it be strimmed please.
