Unsafe road surface

The road from Woolstone village up the hill towards White Horse Hill has become dangerous and slippery. This road is used by many walkers, cyclists and horse riders. Can this be addressed before there is an accident? It would be possible to use the verge to the left if this could be rolled and prepared - this would take those people off the road entirely and make the area safer.
