Very large patch of grit left on grass verge

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

There is no indication of why the grit has been left covering a section of grass. Either please could the grit be removed or a communication issued as to why it is remaining there (think it has been there for a couple of months.)
