Wooden barriers rotten

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There are several sets of wooden barriers along the brook on Main Street clanfield, mainly where telegraph poles are and the white wooden barriers on the crossroads.. Most are completely rotten though and causing them to lean into the road on occasion. We as a parish council tried to fix them some time ago but where told by highways it was their responsibility.
