Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

At certain times of the day and over the weekend our village, Burcot, endures speeding bikes, cars and dump trucks. The speed limit is not enforced. Can we make our village a 20 mph zone like we have in Oxford. Failing this, can we have at least four electronic speed warning signs. It’s a long stretch of road. 20 is plenty however especially now that the road through Burcot is so much busier after all the development in our area.
