Replace Missing Bollard

The temporary barriers that have been in place since the original fixed bollard was damaged in February 23, and which are absolutely needed to prevent dangerous vehicular access on this Pedestrian/Cycle route, as well as providing protection for Pedestrian/Cycle Users from accidents caused by the exposed hole, have disintegrated once again. As the bollard was originally damaged 3 months ago, can this bollard now be replaced.
