I reported this pothole 2 months ago and you said you were arranging this to be repaired/fixed. Two months has gone by , why has it not been repaired.

I reported this pothole outside 56 Wallingford Road on the Southbound carriageway of this road two months ago and you provided a reference and said you would arrange for it to be repaired. Two months later and it has not been repaired. Why is this.
