  • The hole has been marked in white paint but it has grown very deep, about 4 inches down to the concrete sub-base. As commented above very dangerous to cyclists but also liable to cause damage to cars if they hit it. It is about 18 inches in diameter but not easily seen as drivers are concentrating on the traffic as they approach the junction with Radley Road. Could a traffic cone be placed over the hole as an emergency action if the repair cannot be made immediately?
