High plant growth on side of 4074

Turning on to the 4074 from Mill Lane , the plant growth is high and obscuring the oncoming traffic travelling up the hill. This is now very dangerous as the traffic is travelling at 50 mph and more. This is a dangerous junction at the best of times .
